Lose The Weight Once and For All!

3 years ago I lost 70 pounds and have kept it off.  Oh, I've struggled with some fluctuations here and there, but I've never gone back to weighing over 200 pounds like I did before.  How did I do it?  Lots of hit-and-miss, lots of failures and some small successes.  I must have spent thousands of dollars on weight loss books and products, exercise DVDs, special foods, and exercise equipment.
